I am responsible for ensuring the smooth progression of transactions by reviewing initial disclosures and ordering Title, requesting Verification of Employment and Homeowners Insurance, reviewing appraisal reports and scheduling any necessary home inspections, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency to support successful transactions
